Information You Send Us
Search forms on this site send the name, phone number, or address you enter to the third-party provider that powers sponsored results. We do not store those searches on our own servers. If you contact us, we receive the details you choose to send and use them only to respond.
Automatic Site Data
Our hosting systems keep routine server logs, such as IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps. We use that information in aggregate to keep the site available, diagnose problems, and understand which Adelanto record pages are useful. Cookies or similar tools may be used for basic analytics and advertising measurement.
How We Use It
We use visitor data to operate the site, respond to messages, fix errors, measure traffic, and improve content. We do not sell a visitor list, and we do not create individual user profiles from your activity here.
Outside Website Links
Adelanto People Search links to government portals, county and state records offices, court indexes, library collections, and sponsored search tools. Each linked site controls its own privacy practices. Data submitted to ARC, the Superior Court, the Secretary of State, San Bernardino County, City of Adelanto, or a sponsored provider is governed by that site's policy, not ours.
Who May Process Data
Hosting providers process server logs for us. Analytics and advertising partners may receive automatic site data described above. We may disclose information if valid legal process requires it. We do not otherwise share visitor messages or logs except as needed to run the site.
Security and Retention
The site uses an encrypted connection. Server logs are retained only as long as needed for operations, security, analytics, and troubleshooting. Since we do not run accounts, there is no user password, saved profile, or hosted public-record file for us to protect on your behalf.
Users Under 18
This site is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If a minor has submitted personal information to us, contact us and we will delete what we can locate.
Your Privacy Rights
California residents may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act and California Privacy Rights Act framework, including rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of sale or sharing where those laws apply. Because we hold very little, most requests are limited to checking our contact mailbox and server logs. Use the Contact page to make a request. Public records held by Adelanto, San Bernardino County, California agencies, courts, or records custodians are outside our control; removal or correction requests for those records must go to the custodian.
Policy Updates
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
